About Solar Apartments by Amara Living
Solar Apartments is where modern design meets the plain charm of seaside Agia Marina. The building holds five apartments across the ground, first and second floors, 300 m from the beach and 10 km from the centre of Chania — close enough for a morning in the city, far enough for the evening to slow down.
Inside, every detail has been chosen for calm: a king-size bed and a TV in the bedroom, a simple, elegant living area, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Each apartment has its own outdoor space — a shaded balcony, a private courtyard with sunbeds, or a second-floor balcony with a glimpse of the sea.
Access to the property is by stairs only. Guests have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor facilities.

Solar Ground Apartment
The ground-floor apartment, with its own courtyard: comfortable chairs, a table and sunbeds for the Cretan sun. Inside, a king-size bed and TV, a stylish bathroom with a rejuvenating shower, an open closet, and a corner sofa positioned to look out onto the courtyard.
Solar Partial Sea View Apartment
On the second floor, with a balcony that looks over the resort and catches a glimpse of the sea — good for a morning coffee or a drink at sunset. Spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, and a modern living area.

Agia Marina is a seaside village that keeps the simplicity of the Cretan coastline and adds modern comfort. The centre of Chania is 10 km away, so the city’s cultural heritage is within easy reach, while the beach is only 300 m from the door.
Platanias, 2 km along the coast, brings a livelier atmosphere with beach bars, cafés and restaurants. Further west, Balos, with its pink sand and clear water, and Elafonissi are the beaches people come to Crete for.
A bus stop nearby connects to the surrounding villages and to Chania, and the National Road is 4.8 km away for quick, safe access across the island.
