About Villa Theta by Amara Living
Villa Theta is a serene retreat in the village of Drapanias, in the Kissamos region, 34 km from Chania. Three bedrooms, a private pool and mountain views; earthy notes and mansion design combined into something singular. Up to six guests.
The ground floor opens into a living room built for slowing down — air conditioning, comfortable seating and a smart satellite TV — with a fully equipped kitchen next door and a bathroom for convenience. A staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms, both with smart satellite TVs, air conditioning and ample wardrobe space; one has a balcony, the other a window. Two ensuite bathrooms with shower cabins complete the floor.
Attached to the villa is an annex for anyone who wants extra privacy: a living room with an integrated kitchen, a flat-screen smart satellite TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a private interior yard with a dining area for four, and its own fully equipped bathroom.
Outside is where the villa really lives. A private pool, sunbeds, landscaped gardens and stone-built walls; a dining table for up to ten with views of the mountains, the garden and the interior yard. There is a separate laundry room, accessed from the pool, with a washing machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board and cleaning products.

Drapanias is a village 34 km from Chania where natural landscapes, olive groves and old traditions still set the pace. Drapanias Beach is 2 km away — golden sun, clear water, and a shoreline to walk along.
There is a mini-market within walking distance and traditional Cretan coffee spots a minute away. A local winery is 1 km from the villa, and Pneumatikakis Winery 1.2 km; a restaurant is close by for Cretan cooking made with what grows here.
The villa is also well placed for the famous beaches of western Crete: Falassarna and Balos at 20 km, Elafonissi at 39 km, and the seaside tavernas of Nopigeia 3 km away. A bus stop 200 m from the villa serves the surrounding area; a rental car opens up the rest.
